Shipping - Unless otherwise requested or advised, shipping is by Standard Australia Post.
Returns - Cathy Hamilton Artworks must be notified of any faulty or transit damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). We will be responsible for item(s) which are proved to be faulty. Item(s) that are damaged in transit should be referred by the Purchaser to Australia Post or the freighter concerned.
Refund, return or exchange goods will only be eligible if they are faulty or if they are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. The Purchaser will be responsible to arrange to have the item(s) returned to Cathy Hamilton Artworks, 612 Finlays Lane, Muttama NSW 2722 within a timely period.
The cost of the return postage or freight will be at the Purchasers expense. The Purchaser should consider using tracking numbers, proof of delivery signature, transit insurance or the like to ensure the returning item(s) are not damaged or lost when being returned. It is the Purchasers responsibility for the item(s) to be returned in a suitable, and possibly, a resalable condition. If it is claimed that the item(s) are faulty, our approved return postage or freight method must be used. If on receipt the item(s) are agreed to be faulty by us, then the cost of the return postage or freight will be added to the value of the refund, exchange or credit.
To approve your refund, return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A refund will not be approved for change of mind. A credit or exchange for similar item(s) will be given to the same value of the original item(s) less the cost of the replacement return postage or freight charges.
An email will be sent to the Purchaser on receipt of the returned item(s). The email will detail if the returned item(s) are in fact faulty as claimed or have or have not been returned in a suitable condition. The email will also advise of the value of the agreed refund or exchange and detail any further costs that may have occurred.
If the return is international then the parcel must be marked “return item(s)” to avoid any extra Customs duties or taxes.

At all stages Cathy Hamilton Artworks reserves the right to deny a refund, return or exchange.
